Use this procedure to step through selecting a course, entering grades, adding comments, recording attendance information, and saving your records.
Grade Reporting, select Interim Progress to display the Interim Progress page.
Load from Gradebook icon. For more information, refer to Load from Gradebook to IPR.Depending on your building's mark reporting configuration, you may be required to enter a value in a field if you enter a value in any other field for the student. The configuration also determines which of the following columns display:
Marks - Enter the desired grade. Type the desired grade or
click the down arrow to
select the grade from a list of valid grades. You can also click
to display mass update options. These let you clear all marks or update either all or only blank marks with an entered value.
Comments - Enter the comment to assign to the student for the type of comment specified
for the column. Type the comment code
or click the down arrow to select the comment.

Absences - Enter the total number of days the student missed your class for the type of absence specified for the column.

. Use the UltimateSpell options to make changes as needed. When you have
completed the spell check, click OK to
