Use this page to view and update intervention information for a student or add a new intervention for a student. After a teacher adds an intervention, the teacher becomes an evaluator for that intervention. While updating information for an existing intervention, the teacher cannot edit the Intervention field.

Entering Intervention Progress

Click to save the information you entered for the intervention. |
The SSP Interventions page includes Intervention Information section and sections containing information about general comments and progress comments.
Title of the student's success plan. Click the plan link to view SSP Plan Details page.
Code and description of the success plan's plan type.
Name of the staff member responsible for adding, administering, and tracking the intervention for a student.
Role of the teacher who added the intervention.
Code and description of the intervention. While updating information for an existing intervention, this field cannot be edited.
Date the intervention was started.
Date the intervention was completed.
Level of the intervention.
Check to indicate that the intervention contains sensitive information.
Select the frequency that progress can be entered for the student. The possible frequencies are:
As Needed - Progress needs to be reported as needed for the student.
Each Day - Progress needs to be reported daily for the student.
Selected Dates - Progress needs to be reported on the selected dates for the student.
Weekly - Progress needs to be reported weekly for the student.
Check to delete the intervention. While updating the intervention information, the intervention can be deleted only if there are no progress records with a mark or a comment associated with the intervention.
Date the teacher entered the comment.
Comment information entered by the teacher.
Check to indicate that the comment contains sensitive information. Only the users who are allowed to view sensitive information can see the text.
Enter a check for the comment that you want to delete, and then click (Save)
.
Check to create progress records based on the specified start date of the intervention and selected progress frequency. You can select this checkbox only if there are no progress dates in the list.
Date the progress record was entered for the student.
Select the progress mark for the progress date. The list displays progress marks only if the intervention has marks associated with it. The list displays only the progress marks that are associated with the selected intervention.
Enter the progress comment for the student.
Enter a check for the comment that you want to delete, and then click (Save)
. While updating the progress record, you can delete the only progress records that do not have a mark or a comment associated with them.
