SSP Parent Goals - List Page

Use this page to view and add parent goal information for a student. The page displays a list of goals assigned to parents by the Goal Manager.

Navigation:

Interventions > SSP Plans > click link for a student's plan

Interventions > SSP Plans > click (Add Plan) > click Parent Goals button

Tip: If you want to view details for a student's success plan, click the title of the plan.

Buttons

Click to add a new parent goal for the student.
Click to delete a parent goal for a student.
Plan link Click to open the student's success plan details so you can view or update the data.

Field Descriptions

Parent Goal Information Section
ClosedPlan manager

Name of the staff member responsible for administering and tracking the plan.

ClosedPlan Date

Date on which the plan is created.

ClosedPlan Type

The plan type assigned to the success plan.

ClosedPlan Title

Name of the success plan. Click to open the student's success plan details and review or update the data.

Parent Goals Section
ClosedGoal

Title of the goal assigned to the student's success plan. More than one parent goal can display for a plan.

ClosedComment

Comment entered by the plan manager.

ClosedCompletion Date

Date indicating when the goal was completed. Leave this field blank if the goal is still in progress. Additional completion dates for meeting a goal's objectives appear in the Objectives section.

ClosedDelete

Enter a check for the goal you want to delete, and then click .
