Entering Student Success Plans

Use this procedure to step through adding a success plan, and reasons, interventions, student goals, and parent goals related to it, for a student.

From Interventions, select SSP Plans to open the Student Success Plans page.
Click to display the Success Plan Entry Student Search pop-up, and make your selections and enter data to search for a student.
Select the student, and then click OK. Refer to the Field Descriptions section for more information.
To add a plan for the student listed on the page, click Add Plan .
Click Reasons button to add reasons. Refer to Reasons section on the SSP Plan Detail Page for more information. To enter plan information, you must add a reason first.

Click Student Goals button to add student goal information and click (Save) . Refer to the SSP Goals Detail Page for more information. To navigate back to the SSP Plan Detail page, click the plan link.
Click Parent Goals button to add parent goal information and click (Save) . Refer to the SSP Parent Goals - Detail Page for more information. To navigate back to the SSP Plan Detail page, click the plan link.
Click Interventions button to add intervention information and click (Save) . Refer to the SSP Interventions for more information. To navigate back to the SSP Plan Detail page, click the plan link.
Click (Save) . The SSP plan information for a student is saved.
