Entering Student Success Plans

Click to search for a student to add success plan details of the student. |

Click to delete a success plan record for a student. |

Click to add new success plan for a student. |

Click this button after you have changed your selections to display the appropriate success plan information. |
Show Completed Plans
Checked if you want to display completed success plans. Unchecked if you want to hide completed success plans. After checking or unchecking the box, click Refresh to refresh the page.
Show Plans for Other Teachers
Checked if you want to display plans created by other teachers. Unchecked if you only want to display plans you have. After checking or unchecking the box, click Refresh to refresh the page. The availability of this field depends on your Success Plan Configuration.
Student ID
The student's ID number.
Name
Name of the student. Click on a student's name to open the Student Details drawer.
Alerts
If there are alerts for the student, the alert icons display in this column.
For more information on alerts, refer to Viewing Student Alerts.
Plan
Title of the student's success plan.
Plan Type
Code and description of the success plan's plan type.
Completion Date
Date indicating when the plan was completed.
Delete
Check to delete the plan for a student. If the plan has Interventions and Student Goals associated with it, you cannot delete the plan.
Add Plan
Click to add a new plan for the student.
